The only franchise in Rugeley. A nice large coffee shop with the usual Costa drinks and food stuffs. Friendly and helpful staff. The barista actual tookbsome time to construct the drinks, instead of throwing them together as quick as he could. This is a big positive for me. It almost gave it the feel of an inderpendent coffee shop. But it was not very busy so thie experience might be differnt then. On the whole a good experience
